At least one author of each accepted paper must register to ensure that the paper is included in the conference program and the proceedings.
The deadline for author registration is March, 1st 2009.
Papers that do not have an associated registered author by this date will not be included in the proceedings.

Registration package: from Monday, April 6th to Thursday, April 9th.

Fees per person include: admission to the sessions, electronic proceedings, 4 lunches, coffee-breaks, touristic visit and gala dinner on Wednesday, April 8th

*: Please provide us a copy of your student card w ith the registration form

Social events for accompanying person: Accompanying persons are very welcome at
the  touristic visit and the gala dinner on Wednesday,

You can use either: the web-based registration system (recommended). Payment by credit card via secure payment system, OR an offline registration form. (Acrobat Reader 8.0 is recommended to fill this form). 

 Please, use one form for one attendee. Feel free to ask questions to the organizers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Only written cancellation will be taken into account. At least, one author per paper should remain registered.
Please note that 50 €  as cancellation / administrative charge will be retained for cancellation before March 15th 2009. No refund after this date.

In accordance with French law "loi Informatique et Libertés", articles 39 and 40, you have the right to access and rectify data about you. In practice, proving your identity, you can ask us whether or not we process data about you and in case the answer is yes, which data, for which purpose and how. Besides, French law acknowledges your right to rectify, update and suppress these data. INRIA has a "Correspondant Informatique et Libertés" (CIL) to the "CNIL" in accordance with article 22 III of the French law "loi du 6 janvier 1978". The CIL maintains a registry of all data processings inside INRIA subject to declaration under this law. He also secures your right to access and rectify these data.
