At least one author of each accepted paper must register to ensure that the paper is included in the conference program and the proceedings.
The deadline for author registration is March, 1st 2009.
Papers that do not have an associated registered author by this date will not be included in the proceedings.

Registration package: from Monday, April 6th to Thursday, April 9th.

Fees per person include: admission to the sessions, electronic proceedings, 4 lunches, coffee-breaks, touristic visit and gala dinner on Wednesday, April 8th

You can use either: the web-based registration system (recommended). Payment by credit card via secure payment system, OR an offline registration form. (Acrobat Reader 8.0 is recommended to fill this form). 

 Please, use one form for one attendee. Feel free to ask questions to the organizers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Only written cancellation will be taken into account. At least, one author per paper should remain registered.
Please note that 50 €  as cancellation / administrative charge will be retained for cancellation before March 15th 2009. No refund after this date.
